Those are some pretty insane accusations to make against Scooby. After having 3 greyhounds in my life, I’m about to adopt my first Galgo. I would love to someday volunteer at Scooby Medina in the near future.

The poor Germans are always worth a good slander, too. Vivisection lab for rescued Spanish dogs, what kind of bullsh* is this…?
The last fairy tale was about pet dogs being turned into soap in Germany.
Another piece of crap.
Whoever invents such stories should link in the proof here.
Good luck!
(Fermin would obviously be interested, too, to see any kind of proof…)

Poor Fermin, I think this is jealousy from others. Scooby is a big rescue and strange as it seems may cause envy in others. It seems as though quite a few people are in it for the attention and to have their egos brushed up. It happens here too. A big greyhound rescue in the UK got a lot of mud slung at them recently. I think those that did this were attention seekers and envious and anyway the mud didn’t stick. Like Scooby they have many dogs in rescue and have saved tens of thousands over the years. Like Fermin says it’s easy to sit in an ivory tower and judge when you have a handful of rescue cats or dogs and Scooby has the responsibility for thousands. I don’t think it matters what size a rescue is but when the mud slinging starts I think people need to think more about the animals rather than themselves. What would happen to the animals if Scooby was shut down because I bet you the other rescues criticising and making unfounded allegations wouldn’t step in. The big rescue for greyhounds in the UK continues to go from strength to strength in spite of any mud slingers and I am certain it will be the same for Scooby. Fermin and team are doing a great job and long may it continue.

Some people have a lot of time to waste… It seems to me that there are so many animals to save that you shoudn’t have time to hurl unfounded accusations at others, especially at a rescue like Scooby which is well-established and has a good reputation! It’s too bad he doesn’t name the woman. It would be good as people would know about her and would stay away from her association…

If this woman (and others)are so concerned why don’t they confront Scooby directly with the evidence? Because it doesn’t exist.
