shout it out loud! THAT COUNCILS IN SPAIN VIOLATE SYSTEMATICALLY THE LAWS AND ORDINANCES OF ANIMAL PROTECTION. They do not control responsible animal ownership, do not control chips, census, or conditions in which the animals are held. They moreover do not control legal or illegal breeding, do not promote or request sterilisation, do not combat dogfighting business and furthermore do not promote CES for colonies of cats… THEY DON’T CARE FOR ANIMALS.

that’s right they don’t never been no changes for the poor souls only the rescues care but don’t have the power to get the big massive problem rid of when and where will all this end
Spain is a bloody country for animals. When will they take care? It’s their duty TO CARE for all the animals.

I can see,soon a hard-core of mounting Civil disobedience taking place IF local Governments don’t start to adhere to the LAW.(REGARDING ANIMAL ATROCITY)
