I would like to nominate ACTIN. They are a wonderful organisation who are doing their best to educate on the cruelty of animals (especially dogs) here in Spain. They have done so much to help dogs already.Their policy on neutering is an excellent idea. Their Patron Colin Fry has helped so much as he is such a well known celebrity.Their aim to eventually have an animal welfare act in Spain is of huge importance to help these neglected animals.
