Badajoz perrera – life on death row

Have you ever wondered how a dog feels to be dumped in a perrera in Spain….these two young galgos are an example, in Badajoz perrera.

I’m sharing these girls and Sara as much as I can in different FB groups and on Twitter. All these girls are terribly frightened and tremble constantly. Of course ALL dogs should get homes, but I think that the dogs who are terribly afraid and traumatised should get out first.
Does anybody know: Is this really a kill shelter, or do they say the dogs are on death row only so that they’ll be adopted quicker?

Badajoz perrera is a kill shelter…Badajoz is a terrible area for galgos especially. SOS Badajoz Perrera are a volunteer group who work to save the dogs if they can. Thanks for sharing everywhere.

Have these poor girls who are trembling and frightened been saved? Poor dogs, I am thinking of them. Please can you let us know if a rescue has taken them and if we can donate.
