I’ve always loved the long-haired galgos we’ve brought out of Spain on rescues, they are not very common. Here’s a lovely boy waiting and waiting for a forever home.
‘Cuban is a young Galgo. 2 years since we brought him off a hunter because he didn’t want to hunt. He’s unusual because he has long hair and people are not used to seeing this type of galgo… is that why no one has adopted him? He’s a dog without any kind of fear, sociable, compatible with dogs and cats and walks great on a leash. He will come with chip, vaccinated and neutered.

What a great looking lad.
He is beautiful, I can’t believe he hasn’t been snapped up. He looks like a lurcher and the long haired lurcher type dogs are adopted very quickly in the UK.
