From Fermin Perez Martin. 90 % of the dogs that come to Scooby are victims of the hunt. Animals that when they cease to be useful are abandoned to their fate. A lot of them spend months wandering because they fear men, get run over, dying of hunger, thirst or disease.

This weekend is celebrated in Madrid the days “no to the hunt with galgos and other breeds” which will culminate on Sunday with a silent concentration at 15 pm in the plaza de cibeles. All the information at http://bit.ly/2cgDEGR

We are an association non-partisan, non-denominational and non-profit antispeciesist, whose fundamental objective is to raise awareness and promote respect and interests individual of non-human animals, especially those related to the hunting, as well as uphold and expand their rights.

Platform NAC is born in the year 2010, at the initiative of its founder, Gemma García. The direct knowledge of the situation of animals used as mere Tools in hunting, made grow therein the need to “do something” for alleviating it.

The first demonstrations in Madrid took a clean sweep all activity, with the intention explicit to sensitize the public and unite in a single front all beings sensitive to the problem. Currently, platform NAC is formed by a group of people who with effort and tenacity, they have managed to broaden the fight to large part of the Spanish territory. The demonstrations are carried out today simultaneously in many cities of Spain.
