Do you remember Nico, the galga rescued in poor condition from a beach in Almeria. She has recovered well in the hands of Galgo’s Rescue Almeria and is now reserved for her forever home.
Sandy says, ‘This is Nico, she is a long-haired galgo of 3 years old. Nico came to GRA in very bad circumstances, she was skinny, bald on her ears and was covered in fleas / sign. She tested negative for Erlichia / Anaplasma and Filaria but positive for Leish. She already received treatment with Milteforan that is finished and is now 2 tablets twice a day. This amazing girl has been fully vaccinated, chip / European passport and sterilized. Nico has a sweet character and other dogs are doing fine.’
