A week ago we announced that we had managed to rescue the galguito of Pozo del Camino, with the help of the people of the area and the maximum dissemination of the case which made it possible to find him.
He was taken right away to the vet where the first thing we were told is it’s female instead of male, so she is now named ANETA.
ANETA, as you can see in the video, IS PARALIZED, due to a cervical injury and possibly aggravated by anaplasma (bacterial infection caused by a tick bite). Just have to do a CT scan to rule out another type of injury.
We know it’s going to be very complicated, but we want to try and find a FOSTER HOME FOR HER. The foster home would have to have time and space to take her in and little by little help her to do small walks, a slight rehabilitation to try to regain some mobility.
