Greyhound Trust Hall Green rescues and rehomes greyhounds. Richard Skipworth is helping them raise funds by donating some of his cartoons to them for products to sell in their online shop, on this weblink.

‘Without truce against the abusers, today I tell you that we are going to bring to court who beat up three greyhounds in Seville and then put them in bags of feed, which he tied and threw into a river.

Two of the dogs died, but one of them managed to get out of the bag through an opening, and save himself.

It is chilling and the suffering suffered by these animals is unimaginable.

Gabi, the surviving greyhound rescued by the El Amparo del Sur Association, recovers in a house where he receives the affection and care he never had, and will never be mistreated again.

Faith and Negrita, 2 terrified galgas recently arrived at Scooby Medina. Now in foster, and in a very short time they are no longer just fearful, they are recovering their confidence. They are both reserved with the ADL Association.

Faith and Negrita, the two scary galgas that we presented to you recently are reserved thanks to the ADL association and recovering for the moment at Helena’s house, thanks 😊, in a very short time they are no longer just fearful and they are recovering their confidence, come on little ones, soon you will be with your families!

‘We’ve had yet another emergency off the streets today. No chip, no name, so no justice for him. A piece of trash to his hunter/breeder. I’m beginning to hate them all with a vengeance. Don’t anybody ever tell me there are good hunters/ breeders. THERE REN’T ANY.

This gorgeous boy was so exhausted he walked straight to his bed, got in and fell asleep. He has an injury to his leg/paw, not sure which yet but, he will be seen by the vet on Monday.

Want a dog

Wanting a dog does not involve just choosing which one you like more for your physical qualities or “race”, wanting a dog also implies to realize that you will invite him to share your life, your house, your space and that he also has needs and Many times will not fulfill your expectations.

Wanting a dog is to be willing to love him in the good and bad, puppy, adult or grandfather, love him when he barks and have patience because something wants to tell you.

Love him when he bites the walls and the armchair, when he runs and doesn’t listen to you because he’s expressing his nature free and playful. Take him to the doctor because he’s sick or hurt.
