  • The PAES Project – ACTIN calling rescue associations and volunteers

    ‘IN 2015 the PAES project – Proteccion animales España will be launched. This is a Project for any registered Associations and individual rescuers interested, who dedícate their lives to animal rescue.

    The aim of the Project is to improve the welfare of animals in Spain and all aspects of that.

    There is much to prepare and the success of it will depend on the collaboration of as many as possible to be involved, in order to make a powerful and dynamic quest for change for the animals in Spain.

  • Cheap accommodation in Valencia – food not included!

    Valencia mom crop 1 06 2011 250 Look carefully, you might see a puppy in there. And it’s not only the animals for whom life is hard. It is also hard for animal rescuers. This is a tale from one, near Valencia. She’s been trying to rescue a galga and her puppies. This is the story.

    ‘Today was a horrible day. Again I saw the mother walking through the village and crossing or standing in the middle of the road, cars rushing by, these people do not even reduce their speed to avoid the dog.

  • IDOD Dog Walk – more pix

    IDOD Dog walk in France 17 04 2011 – David’s photos on the 6.5 km walk – well, it was a bit longer than that, but I thought if I said so, people wouldn’t walk it! About 30 dogs and owners walked this route along lanes and tracks around St Pardoux, where we live.
