I support the submissions of Fundación AnimaNaturalis Internacional (CIF G67350462) and highlight the following:
– Definition of “traditional zoological centres”
The current definition, based mainly on exclusions, creates legal uncertainty and allows overly broad interpretations. Clear, positive and restrictive criteria are essential to avoid including animals or establishments that should not fall under livestock health regulations.
