Sad news today – little podenca puppy Angela, rescued from the Jerez perrera, succumbed to parvo disease earlier in the week and died this morning. At least for the last month of her life, she knew the feel of caring hands, had regular meals, was loved and received the best of vet care. Thank you everyone for giving her a chance.

Tina of Galgos del Sol took Angela in and gave her the love and attention she deserved but had never had before, how cruel that this little podenco should lose her life so cruelly to parvo. But at least she didn’t die in the perrera, she had the chance to experience love and care and received the best veterinary treatment possible. So sad.
