Spain, how proud and arrogant are your Royal House, your politicians! You turn your eyes away from the facts of life in your country. You acclaim your historic churches, cities, olympic villages. And yet you ignore the struggles for life which go on along your streets, in the countryside, stories which the world reads, pictures it sees on the Internet. You leave it to the volunteers who care, who pick up the detritus discarded by your hunters, ignored by those who close their eyes and walk by. Here is one such case, Loli tells it in her own words….
‘Abandoned galgos and puppies
The cries of a mother, helpless because her young are taking their last breaths of life, a very short life, and that the sand, branches and other debris have been choking.
Tears of an animal for trying to gather all her strength to try to move them forward, trying to strengthen them all, poor puppies were not born in the most appropriate and under the ‘protection’ of whom no one had the slightest remorse or conscience to leave a mother to give birth.
Needless to say, as though the bitch and puppies are not suffering enough and she has lost part of her litter, is also SARNA, a male with skin problems.
I try so hard, need help of all kinds and especially economic, as day after day I pick up stray dogs and cats on the busy streets of Seville, trying to find homes medical care and foster.
Another case I just collected, a Breton spaniel who had acid or corrosive liquid in his face, there have been many cases totally catastrophic.
Please help me to help this beautiful galga and the rest of her babies, the galgo. Can anyone foster and help with vet fees? To prepare them for a forever home.

Hi Suzie. Arrangements were being made and now I get no reply from the lady who wanted help with her. It’s all gone quiet so either she has been rescued and no-one feels the need to let me know (even tho I have foster set up and have arranged with vets for the mum) or something else has happened.
