Yeah Yeah Yeah Yeah Yippiee Yippeee Yippeeeeeeee! The best news I have heard for 2 years since being transferred to the UK! My 3 woofers are going to rejoice. Them and me going on weekend trips to France without the tick prevention nuisance…..the best news ever!!!! The best news EVER!!!!!!
Whoever campaigned for this: bless you a million times! Finally a testimony to a sliver of human logic.
I am going out to celebrate!!!!! Whom can I thank? Where do I send a letter of appreciation? Who deserves a medal in making life in Europe more human?

…oooh, and that also means that more galgos from Spain can make it to the UK more easily. I am crying now. This has been the best news in months.

There are thousands of people who will rejoice in this decision. But lets not forget that the greyhounds in the UK and Ireland desperately need homes there, and, more importantly, whilst DEFRA is relaxing these rules, the bloody Irish Greyhound Board are going to send their greyhounds to China – AND fund the building of 5 greyhound racing stadiums. The Irish greyhounds desperately need support and rehoming too.
Bloody greyhound and galgo breeders who have no care what happens to their dogs when they are not fit for racing or hunting (I know, not all of them are bad) – as always, its the majority that get the industry a bad name.
Thanks for caring

OMG. this Irish madness is still going on? despite the protests?
How many letters does one need to send to the government to stop this from happening?
