I have received the following email from Monika Mosch of Far From Fear, a German association which cares for injured galgos. Here’s what she says.

‘I’ am writing on behalf of the German non-profit organization “Far From Fear e.V.”
My company has produced a 2012 calender for Far From Fear to raise funds for the FFF association.

The project name is “Artists for Greyhounds”. My company manages artists and they all agreed to work for free for the project. In the past weeks the artists have photographed galgos in Germany all rescued by Far From Fear.

It would be great if you could publicise the project on Galgo News. The calender will be given to each person, who donates a minimum of 49€ to the organisation via Betterplace. You can read this article “That’s how Animal Welfare looks like at
