TiKo had the misfortune of being born a galgo in Spain… that was his crime and is its history… TiKo was abandoned and run over, lay in a ditch…Totally dehydrated, and with a chronic infection, many days ago. He has peritonitis, a broken vertebra and crushed last three. Left, without hope, like so many others, a sad end.
But he was found, rescued and is now safe. He’s been treated for the infection and eats very well, is much more lively and is beginning to move his back legs back, but he can’t get up or stand up without help. We must assess the possibility of recovery of mobility after a costly operation, ranging between 2,000-3,000 euros. We will do everything for him. He is in the best hands, warm and on medication.
