Frans Kamps. Don’t give dogs to this man. He is again looking for female dodgs pretending he wants to adopt to give a good home. However, he asbuses the dogs sexually and then kills them. He has already been in court but the punishment did not fit the crime. He is now out there again looking for dogs. Take care and don’t forget his face.

Should be locked away permanently,next it could be children,disgusting creature.
I think locking him away permanently is a bit kind. I think we should all be let loose on him with sharp cutting knives…
