What the hell is wrong with the authorities that they find it impossible to be consistent?!!

its plain to see they don’t give a toss that rescue will have to sacrifice the animals no way will they find homes for these poor souls and no way are they going to get the money raised to do work it will be a miracle if they do the there is contradiction here all round re this and the container dogs it seems the more hurt and heart break is caused the better where the hell it will all end is frightening and heart breaking for the poor souls I see appeals every day for the dogs in shelters needing homes and the poor souls in kill stations its just none stop upset
