Only UK citiziens are able to sign the petition, why?

Thank you Beryl. Please everyone sign and share widely. They need to get to 100k signatures and only need 4.5k more to get there. Please help the dogs of Korea.

Katherina, because it’s a petition that they want to be debated in UK Parliament and so you need to be a UK citizen. I guess they have given up trying to petition the Korean government. It’s like the Yulin festival in China, doesn’t matter that there is world wide revulsion, they don’t care. 5 million people in Canada alone signed that petition and millions more worldwide. Time they stopped these so called ‘festivals’.
