Petition to the European Parliament to ban hunting with galgos. I personally don’t think banning it is the answer as it will simply ‘go underground’ and make it impossible to police, just as hare coursing in the UK was made illegal but it still goes on.

The lives and deaths of these beautiful dogs is horrendous. The galgueros need to prosecuted.
Agree, Carol. There are laws which could be used to prosecute those who maltreat their dogs but so far it mostly happens in Murcia where DeAnimals lawyers are working hard to educate the police, judges, vets etc on what paperwork is needed to take forward a court case. And of course money is needed to process it.
