Save the Irish Greyhounds from China – another email needed to be sent!

Please protest some more to save the Irish Greyhounds. Latest appeal.

Urgent- ‘SAY NO TO IRISH GREYHOUND EXPORTS TO CHINA’. Please everyone all over the world get writing in protest- every email counts in the battle to protect our Greyhounds!

WE MUST ACT NOW TO TRY TO STOP THIS SO THOUSANDS UPON THOUSANDS OF EMAILS ARE NEEDED FROM ACROSS THE WORLD TO PROTEST!

Leo Varadkar is TD (MP) for Dublin West and Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport. He was first elected in 2007 and was initially appointed to the Fine Gael Front Bench as Spokesperson on Enterprise, Trade and Employment. In June 2010, he was appointed to the Communications, Energy and Natural Resources portfolio.

He was re-elected in the 2011 General Election, and was appointed in March 2011 by Taoiseach Enda Kenny as Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport. At age 32, he is the youngest member of the cabinet.

Please tell Mr Varadkar that you protest vehemently about Irish Greyhounds going to China. Please send a heartfelt email to him urging him to do everything he can to stop this as an issue of morality. Please tell him that thousands of caring people across the world have signed a petition to stop racing dogs going to China as they are deeply concerned about their fate. China has virtually no animal welfare, many dogs are skinned alive and used for their meat and fur.

Please tell Mr Varadkar that there will be a boycott of Ireland from many people across the world if this goes ahead and as Ireland are already in financial trouble this will create an even bigger problem for them as less money will be coming into their country! Tourism and export of goods will be greatly affected therefore it would be in their own best interest to stop the export of Greyhounds to China.
