Alan and Jane thought they were going to retire when they moved to Spain. Instead, like so many other animal loving Brits, they could not turn away from the desperate situation for abandoned dogs and cats. They now have about 70 dogs at Pepis, and the latest arrivals are these 4 puppies, three of them very newly born and another little girl left at their gate yesterday. This means tremendous amount of work around the clock with feeds – those of us with children remember it well!
There are some beautiful dogs at Pepis, desperately looking for their forever homes. Pepis exists purely on donations. Jane and Alan will also be pleased to see anyone who would like to spend a week or more helping them with all the animals.
And don’t forget to send in your galgo photos to Susan for her 2014 calendar to raise funds for Pepis.
