Over the weekend of 2nd November Fermin Perez travelled from Scooby Medina to take a dozen galgos to Scooby Italia and their forever homes. Here are some photos taken by the translators of my book into Italian, which was publicised at the meeting.
Daisy says ‘Scooby Italia’s event, on 2nd November was very enjoyable: many people, many galgos, many emotions… There were a lot of already-adopted galgos and many other were collected by their new families that day.
The event “star” was, obviously, Fermin, who told about his experience from the beginning and about the current situation. Before the conference, I asked Fermin to talk about the availability of the italian version of your book and he dedicated some minute to it.
Many people were happy to know about the italian version and asked for the link, but I was also asked for information about the printed version. I think the majority would prefer to have a touchable book in their hands.
I was really happy to be there, as I met many Italian people caring for the galgos.’
A print version will be available in due course, when funds for printing allow.
