15/8/2914 Update on Kiara from Charl.

Paco tells me that Kiara can come home. On several antibiotics and drain still fitted. This will be removed when theres no liquid being drained.

Those who know how we work in the face of amputation know its not something we jump into. Its something only done when all other options are tried and tested. It is never ever our first option.

Kiara has shown no feeling in her tail at all. All nerve damage and ligament damage and tendons ruined. These cannot be repaired. But.. there is a light at the end of the tunnel.. when she saw me and Bayat and Alana.. the very tip of her tail moved. It was an elated moment because no sign has been shown. So we have something to go on. For this little girl when she saw me.. to do this left me breathless. I will love her… for you… for me.. for everyone.

Welcome home Kiara. A new life begins and the pain I promise you will fade away. I promised you to do all I could for you. I wont let you down. We wont let you down. Its one for all and all for one for you my love and you are not alone. So rest now baby girl, just be.

And.. the great news shes negative in diseases.
