On 10th August 2016 DeAnimals – animal defence lawyers in Murcia – organised their first on-line course in how to deal with a case of dogs classified as potentially dangerous. The subject of the case was Marie, featured in the poster.
‘Solidarity Online’ course on legislation applicable to dogs catalogued as potentially dangerous, beginning on 10 August.
The main objective of this course is to help and cooperate in solidarity between all of us, to the mistreated dog Marie.
Applicants registered with Denaimals and the course was run via computer on-line in the evening starting at 1900 hours. Some of the students have already been on previous courses run by Deanimals.
Details – the course started Wednesday, August 10 at 19 hours, through a legal conference online with Ms. Raquel Lopez. (who has obtained the confiscation of more than 300 animals with a court order as well as a number of convictions for crime of animal abuse and abandonment by crime, aimed at law enforcement officers, lawyers, vets , administrations, protective and individuals).
‘A course close, practical and comfortable (online, from home, at work, the beach, the field..) that you will provide a network of professional contacts (students of Lugo, Madrid, Alicante, Malaga, Valencia and albacete have already booked) and some valuable knowledge, which will allow you to help dogs as well as helping in solidarity to the pitbull cross Marie.’
This course covered knowledge of the law applicable to the dogs classed PPP, its practical application, the current problems, the rights and obligations of holders of dogs PPP, how to protect a dog listed as PPP, before a case of child abuse and / or abandonment, how to avoid a government official or company of collection of animals, to sacrifice a do, (under the cover of a law, that allows their sacrifice), in addition to analysing the case of Marie (whose owner is in prison, to fulfill the conviction of a crime of animal abuse, previous, already sentenced and criminally convicted).
Partricipants received a certificate of attendance at this course, as well as very important laws and materials, and also support helping Marie,a battered and cruelly treated dog who is in a kennels waiting for her second chance of a good home..
