Scooby to the rescue, thank goodness for them. The only positive in this story is that the puppies had not been dropped down a well…as often happens…at least in this concrete ‘tank’ they could be seen and easily caught.

Why are there people so cruel? They are only two babies! Two little galgos, a little more than a month old, that someone has left in an old water tank, over two meters high and full of dirt and debris.
Two innocent beings that were allowed to come to this world and for what? To make them suffer? Without water, without food, full of fleas and ticks and away from their mother.
No one has the right to do something like this! The law must control the breeding of dogs and penalise those who don’t comply. Abandonment and cruelty to animals have to be more severely punished. For they are not disposable objects, but sentient beings that feel and suffer.
