Galga Sofie from Badajoz – latest news – on the road to recovery

Sofie second operation 250 Fantastic news from GRIN – Sofie, the brindle galga abandoned on the streets of Badajoz, whose lower jaw was cruelly broken, had the steel rods holding her jaw together removed on 3rd September. Read the whole story, see the latest photo, here.

At the end of September, Telma Shaw and Wally Lacy of GRIN fly to Spain and Sofie and Angie – the remaining dog from the Jaen 4 to be rehomed – will fly back to the US to begin their new lives.

Wonderful news, and I add my thanks to those of GRIN.

This great news but where are the new photoes and entire story about Sofie? If you press on new photos here nothing happens in other words it does not work. I wish both these two lucky galgos and their families the best of luck long life and happiness.

Fantastic stuff. Aww just love a happy ending. Well done Beryl for all the publicity you gave this precious girl and to those involved in saving her. A very proud pat on the back needs to be had!
