  • Protectora Scooby to the rescue again

    Scooby Tera 1 400 1 2020
Tera was found wandering with a karabiner hooked on one of her legs. It seems that some heartless idiot thought she would not move or escape by being subject to this sensitive area, but it was not like this, and this smart girl managed to escape from the hands of her abuser. She was picked up and taken to the municipal kennel of Valladolid, where Scooby has taken her out to find her now a family that of all the love he has never received.
Despite his bad experience lived, Tira has not lost confidence in humans and is a very cheerful and loving galguita .

Would you like to share your life with her?

  • 13 years faithful service then dumped in a perrera! Protectora Scooby to the rescue.

    Cobie white galga 400 1 21 12 2019
From Cobie at Scooby Residencia Valladolid.

‘For 13 years she was in the hands of her galguero and then he decided to leave her in the perrera provincial of Valladolid. Scooby has taken her out as soon as we heard about it. He should have done it at least 10 years earlier…now this sweet and quiet girl doesn’t want anything else but a warm home with a loving family and a soft bed where she can enjoy the years she has left to live, and finally learn what a happy dog’s life really is! If you think you could give her that chance please get in touch.’

  • Protectora Scooby – 36 hounds saved in 31 days!

    Scooby galgos 400 12 2019
    From Cobie at Scooby.

    November 26 – December 26.

    31 days, 36 galgos.

Some of them have been taken out of the perrera, others have arrived through collection services, several have been found wandering the fields, and there are those that have been left in Scooby by their own owners while others have landed in the shelter in a rather reckless, inhuman way; being thrown over a two meter fence.

They’ve got here in different ways, but they all have something in common, they are galgos and they’ve been abandoned at a certain time of the year; a time designated for hunting and racing, when these dogs have to demonstrate their best qualities and abilities.
