1. Galgo rescued by the Association AYANDENA in Seville, the greyhound is more dead than alive, with horrendous injuries to his hind leg, flesh is missing down to the bone. He urgently needs care, need help with veterinary costs. Irene Alcayde de Lamo

2. These two dogs are on the street in a slum area of Seville. The girl can not take them in as she lives with parents and it is impossible. The only thing that has been able to do is take them food. The white is a female and the photos speak for themselves, she is malnourished, very weak … The brindle is male, and appears to be better, but is also very thin. They will be easy to catch.

3. I took a little while ago Nika from the road, he had no strength to walk, is full of scars all over his body, and 2 wounds in the bones of the back. He had a rope around his neck, which I have removed myself, so I gather they have tried to strangle him. When I opened the boot of my car, he scrambled in. He is very affectionate, about 4-5 years old, has obviously suffered terribly. I can’t take him because we are overwhelmed in the shelter, can someone help, to foster or adopt?

Why can’t I get use to this pictures get sick into my stomach, still after all those years. I think I know. I’m a human whome love her dogs can’t see injustice against animals. And I load the bastards who do this, and looks like it never ends the only victim is the Galgo/Greyhound and other huntingdogs if it’s Spain or England, Ireland itself and now China this MUST stop that’s why I keep looking at the pictures, that’s why I am a devoted voluntair and love my Galgagang these are my beautiful rescued girls!

There are just soooooo many emails coming in at the moment, I cant post all the pix,
nor sadly do I have time to follow up on appeals such as these. We can only hope that somewhere out there someone has been able to help take the galgos off the streets, find foster homes, give them the vet treatment they need.
