Brilliant what ACTIN are doing and I have been donating when I can. I have kept up with the news on some of the dogs and it is great that some have new homes. Toffee who was abandoned in a village and then went to a shelter for two years has a new home. There is a video of him on YouTube chasing a ball and being happy. There is so much sadness that it is lovely when there is a glimmer of hope.
actin sounds like they are really doing a fantastick job for the animals in spain i will always sign petitions send letters to who ever sometimes i think what am i doing its a waste of time but then i get thislittle feeling of hope and i tell my self one day maybe i wish i so do
Well done ACTIN for doing such brilliant work! Everyone involved in the rescue and care of all abused animals are heroes. Jenny, I get tired of circulating the same petitions every day, trying to get people to sign and share with their friends and family. If it were kids in these situations the petitions would be filled in a day! It truly breaks my heart – but every time we sign, every time we send a letter, every time we make people aware (even when they don’t want to see) we are moving a step closer. Keep the hope alive Jen xx
I agree, Jay, we have to keep trying, otherwise there would not be any chance of making a difference. I’m off to visit ACTIN next week, and then Bev Farmer and her podencos. So hope to have a lot to report when I get back.
