Restabal, Grenada, Spain, can anyone help these starving dogs

Calling everyone involved in animal rescue in Andalucia. I’ve just received the following message from Scooby Medina who unfortunately are much too far away to be able to help these dogs. Can anyone go and rescue them?

‘Hello,
I am hoping you may be able to help me, I have just returned to the United States from a short trip to the Grenada region. We rented a house in the rugged countryside south of Grenada called the Lecrin Valley, we were nearest the small village of Restabal, not far from Durcal.

There are two abandoned Andalusian Hounds, starving, and living on the property of the rental villa. The caretaker throws bricks at them. They are beautiful young dogs, extremely malnourished. One much worse than the other, a skeleton dog. One of them is very sweet natured and friendly and desperately wants companionship, I was able to feed him. The second, the skinnier one who I think is female, is more afraid and runs away when approached, no doubt she has been the one hit with a flying brick.

If you know anyone who may be able to rescue them please let me know, I am willing to pay for all expenses incurred in their rescue, veterinary care, and foster care. I also am looking for a cat rescue that may be able to help rescue a very sick mother cat with kittens, she is one of the Alhambra cats and she is in very bad shape. Thank you for
saving lives and countering cruelty with kindness!

Best regards,

Im waiting for information back as to whether anyone was able to get them. Its very difficult for me to follow up on some of the stories I post, unless someone has the time to let me know. On this one, I dont know which association/volunteer picked up the message, hopefully one of them did.
